Section 2: Direct Purchase and Transaction Terms

1. Pricing and Product Availability

• All prices displayed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
• While we strive for absolute accuracy regarding product specifications and pricing, in the rare event of a technical pricing error, GitMotors.com reserves the right to cancel the order, notify the customer, and issue a full refund without any additional liability.

2. Electronic Payment Services (via Paymob)

All digital financial transactions on our store are securely processed by Paymob, our authorized payment gateway.

• Available Payment Methods: You can pay using Credit/Debit Cards (Visa / MasterCard), Meeza cards, or Mobile Wallets (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, InstaPay, etc.).
• Financial Security: All transactions processed through Paymob comply with the highest international financial encryption standards. GitMotors.com does not store or have access to your full credit card details.
• Failed Transactions: If an electronic payment fails for any reason related to the issuing bank, the order will not be confirmed until full payment is successfully captured.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy (via Bosta)

All orders are shipped and delivered across the Arab Republic of Egypt via our certified logistics partner, Bosta.

• Delivery Timeline: Orders are dispatched to Bosta immediately upon confirmation. Delivery typically takes 24 to 48 hours for major governorates (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria) and 3 to 5 business days for other governorates.
• Weight and Package Limitations: In accordance with Bosta’s shipping regulations, the maximum total weight allowed per single flyer/package is 20 Kilograms. If your order exceeds this weight limit, it will be divided into separate shipments, and standard shipping fees will apply to each package.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Limit: If you opt for Cash on Delivery, the maximum amount that can be collected by the Bosta courier for a single shipment is EGP 10,000 (Ten Thousand Egyptian Pounds). Orders exceeding this threshold must be paid online via Paymob or split into multiple shipments.
• Package Inspection: Customers have the right to visually inspect the external packaging before the Bosta courier leaves to ensure that there are no signs of leakages or damage resulting from transit.

Section 3: Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

We are fully committed to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Your rights regarding the purchase of authorized Wolver Oil products are detailed below:

1. General Return and Exchange Windows

• Within 14 Days (Change of Mind): Customers have the right to exchange or return a product and request a full refund within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original, pristine condition. The oil canister must be unopened, with its security seal fully intact, unused, and free from any damage or altered labels.
• Within 30 Days (Manufacturing Defect / Non-Conformity): Customers are entitled to return or exchange a product within 30 days of receipt if it possesses a manufacturing defect, leak, or does not conform to the specifications declared on the website.

2. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a customer's change of mind (the product is free of defects), the customer will bear the full cost of the Bosta return shipping fee to transport the product back to our warehouse.
• If the return is due to an error by the store (e.g., incorrect product delivered, damaged product, or a manufacturing defect), GitMotors.com will cover all return shipping and handling expenses.

3. Refund Mechanism (via Paymob & COD)

Refund processing depends entirely on the original payment method used:

• For Electronic Payments (Paymob):

  • Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and successfully passes our quality check, a refund instruction will be initiated.
  • The amount will be credited back to the exact same bank card or mobile wallet utilized during the purchase.
  • Processing Time: While our internal inspection takes 3 to 5 business days, the reflection of the funds into your bank account can take 14 to 30 business days, strictly subject to the processing cycles and policies of your issuing bank (neither GitMotors nor Paymob can expedite this banking timeframe).

• For Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Upon successful inspection of the returned product, refunds will be issued either via a direct Bank Transfer to the customer’s verified bank account or credited to their registered Mobile Wallet (e.g., Vodafone Cash, InstaPay). The customer covers any third-party wallet transfer fees if applicable.

Section 4: Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

• As the official authorized seller of Wolver Oil in Egypt, we guarantee that all products are 100% authentic and meet the strict standard specifications of the German parent company. However, GitMotors.com shall not be held liable for any engine damage resulting from the improper selection of oil grades or viscosity levels. Always consult your vehicle's manual or a certified mechanic before purchasing.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
